Spreading Liberty via the Airwaves: College Radio takes a new Approach

Students at Bowling Green are taking the libertarian message directly to the Bowling Green community.

"Political Animals," the flagship show for the Western Standard radio network, airs every Monday from 4 to 6 p.m. on 88.1 WBGU FM, and online at www.wbgufm.com. You can listen in here. Find more information on their web site here.

Peter Jaworski, Jay Lafayette, and Terrence Watson at Bowling Green State University host the weekly libertarian talk show. The Toledo City Paper quotes Lafayette describing the content of the show, "We bash on the government—all government, which is standard libertarian line—but most of the time we focus on issues concerning civil liberties."

These IHS Alums have been addressing a variety of issues including both Canadian and US politics, and interviewing the likes of Scott Bullock (Institute for Justice), Jacob Sullum (Reason), Matt Welch (Reason), Marc Emery (Cannabis Culture Magazine), Jonah Goldberg (National Review), and Judge Andrew Napolitano on the show.

Don't forget to tune in every Monday!
